Hit the Ground Running!!

New Home on the Goldie!
God is faithful and I arrived safely to the Gold Coast with all my luggage and body parts. What a roller coaster it has been. I arrived just over a week ago and have settled into my new home. I have hit the ground running. My first day back I had enough time to shower before I was already in worship practice for the base and then tagged teaming in a teaching with the Current Discipleship Training School. It is amazing that God uses you even when you are exhausted and haven't slept in 2 days!

I have also spent time prepping for the School of Worship, which will begin in 2 weeks!! We are praying into our speakers, students, outreach, and seeking God for His heart for this season. We are filled with faith and believing for God to pour out like never before!

We are taking this City for Jesus!
Please pray with us for more students and for grace in all the preparation that goes into running a SOW. Pray those who are meant to come will have confirmation from God and that nothing will steal away from them coming. No compromises, no plan B, no what ifs. We need committed world changers to say yes and trust the Father!

It feels surreal being in Australia once again, but it feels so right. Some days I question, but God meets me with peace and grace. He is already showing me how much I have changed since being in Africa and that fruit is coming! He has uprooted so much fear I had been caring for years and replaced it with a passionate faith.

So, I am doing well and everyday I am challenged towards God. I need Him to live here and to pour out. I need His help to transition into a new season of breakthrough and to lead others.  I am hungry for more of Him and I am relying on Him for everything.

Airlie Beach

Hello there, sorry about taking forever to update!! So last week I went on a 16 hour road trip (not including the stops and such) to Airlie Beach. Its this Beautiful location right on the ocean and a group of about 20 people from my DTS went there to help with schoolies. Schoolies is a big party after the Australians graduate High school. Its a big celebration put on by the government that not only involves theme parties and loud music but also drinking, drugs, abuse, and even deaths. During these weeks of partying students get into about everything imaginable. My team went into this environment with the intention of simply loving these young people and showing them we cared. We set up what was called the chai tent. it was a big tent, and inside we set up little tables with pillows around them and we served free slushies and chai tea. a lovely little update :)

Hey there, So after the week in Airlie there was a week on Spiritual Warfare and then a week of Father Heart of God. Both weeks were amazing!!! Spiritual warfare is something I really didn't know much about and it is something I have a bit of a hard time understanding, but it is very real and so powerful. We have so much authority against Satin and it goes unrecognized and that isn't good. Father Heart of God week made me really begin to appreciate my dad, and the rest of my family, and also it gave me a clearer perspective in seeing God as my father and daddy. Then a very cool guy named Mark Parker from New Zealand came and helped us really surrender ourselves to God and the Holy Spirit. He spoke all week on Lordship. Then Friday we began at 8:30 in the morning and all together experienced an amazing transformation till 2:30ish in the morning on Saturday. We went through different steps as a school and did different things like giving thanks, worshiping, giving burnt offeri

3 Weeks to Go!!

Greeting from Michigan!! I have 3 weeks to go until I am required to be in Pemba, Mozambique! I have no idea what to think or feel, but I am definitely excited and also facing a lot of the unknown. I miss being in the ywam Gold Coast community very much, but i know that God has a plan bigger and better then mine. So I am proclaiming in Faith that I will be in Africa in a few weeks! As of right now I do not have enough funds to get flights or apply for a visa, but God is providing in different ways and I hope to have flights by the end of the week and a my visa application in the mail.
