Hey Everyone!!

I haven't updated my page here as much as I update my Facebook page, but a lot has happened in the last month. The lecture phase of the DTS came to a finish with a final project week and also a lot of outreach prep. Outreach teams are beginning to leave for their locations. Our Sports DTS has teams currently in Brazil for the world cup, and also a team in Scotland. Our MAD DTS had a team leave this weekend who are traveling around Australia to country towns and costal cities to share God's love. Our team was planning on leaving this coming week, but because of finances we are waiting another week before heading to England and Norway. While here we will serve more locally and hopefully go into schools, prep for Global Outreach Day on the 14th, and other things. Please be praying for our teams finances! I still personally need $500 this week and as a team we are still in need $7,500. We plan on leaving next weekend! We are going to first serve with a church for a week in England, helping with a kids program and blessing them in any way we can. From there we will fly over to Norway and help with a music and missions festival for two weeks. This is an awesome opportunity! We will help with a week of set up and then the festival is a week long so we will serve there. Then we are heading back to England and staying in different places and connecting with churches and YWAM bases. We will do evangelism, work projects, share testimonies and sermons, prayer and worship, run mini dts', and anything else we can.

We also have teams from our base heading out to Peru, India, Guam and Saipan, Malaysia, Russia and other parts of the globe. These are exciting times!

OH! And above is a picture of my beautiful team. From the left we have Nick. He is Co-leading the team with me. He is Australian and 20. Then there is me, which I am sure you know a bit about. Michigan, 21, expecting God to move in huge ways! Then we have the students. Lindsey (yes we have the same name) is from New Hampshire. She is 23 and is beautiful. Then Rodney who is also Australian and is the youngest at 19. We are small but God is teaching us a lot about being a family.

Thank you for all of your prayers and support. We have been through a lot as a team, but we believe in what God is calling us to in Europe and we are trusting in Him. Airlie Beach

Hello there, sorry about taking forever to update!! So last week I went on a 16 hour road trip (not including the stops and such) to Airlie Beach. Its this Beautiful location right on the ocean and a group of about 20 people from my DTS went there to help with schoolies. Schoolies is a big party after the Australians graduate High school. Its a big celebration put on by the government that not only involves theme parties and loud music but also drinking, drugs, abuse, and even deaths. During these weeks of partying students get into about everything imaginable. My team went into this environment with the intention of simply loving these young people and showing them we cared. We set up what was called the chai tent. it was a big tent, and inside we set up little tables with pillows around them and we served free slushies and chai tea. 3 Weeks to Go!!

Greeting from Michigan!! I have 3 weeks to go until I am required to be in Pemba, Mozambique! I have no idea what to think or feel, but I am definitely excited and also facing a lot of the unknown. I miss being in the ywam Gold Coast community very much, but i know that God has a plan bigger and better then mine. So I am proclaiming in Faith that I will be in Africa in a few weeks! As of right now I do not have enough funds to get flights or apply for a visa, but God is providing in different ways and I hope to have flights by the end of the week and a my visa application in the mail. a lovely little update :)

Hey there, So after the week in Airlie there was a week on Spiritual Warfare and then a week of Father Heart of God. Both weeks were amazing!!! Spiritual warfare is something I really didn't know much about and it is something I have a bit of a hard time understanding, but it is very real and so powerful. We have so much authority against Satin and it goes unrecognized and that isn't good. Father Heart of God week made me really begin to appreciate my dad, and the rest of my family, and also it gave me a clearer perspective in seeing God as my father and daddy. Then a very cool guy named Mark Parker from New Zealand came and helped us really surrender ourselves to God and the Holy Spirit. He spoke all week on Lordship. Then Friday we began at 8:30 in the morning and all together experienced an amazing transformation till 2:30ish in the morning on Saturday. We went through different steps as a school and did different things like giving thanks, worshiping, giving burnt offeri
